Postgraduate, fully online, part-time
MSc Psychology (Online)
A BPS-accredited conversion master's for graduates of any discipline. The course is taught fully online and built for part-time study, so you can fit it around work and the rest of your life.
- Fully online, no campus attendance
- Part-time, around work
- Accredited by the British Psychological Society
Course overview
This conversion course is for graduates who did not study psychology the first time round and now want to move into the field. It covers the core areas of the discipline that the British Psychological Society expects of an accredited programme, so you finish with a recognised grounding in the subject and a clear route onwards if you want to train further.
You study entirely online, with teaching, discussion and support delivered through the university's virtual learning environment. There is no campus attendance, so you can keep working while you study and plan your week around the material rather than a timetable.
You work through the material at times that suit you, with a personal course tutor to guide you and answer your questions as you go. You finish with a dissertation, your own piece of psychological research, supervised by an academic in the department.
